How do you ensure plants survive the shipping process?

We use proprietary eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the plant and its soil in place. Every order includes moisture-retaining materials to keep your plant hydrated during its journey from our greenhouse to your doorstep.

What is your 'Live Arrival' guarantee?

We guarantee that your plant will arrive in healthy condition. If your plant arrives damaged or dies within 30 days of delivery, simply send us a photo and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Do you provide care instructions for each plant?

Yes, every plant comes with a digital care guide tailored to its specific species, including light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity tips to help it thrive in your home.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once a plant has been prepared for shipment by our greenhouse team, we are unable to make changes to ensure the health of the living specimen.

Are your pots and planters included with the plants?

Most of our plants are shipped in standard nursery pots. However, we offer a wide selection of decorative ceramic and terracotta planters that can be added to your order at checkout.

Is it safe to ship plants during winter months?

Yes, we monitor weather conditions across all shipping routes. During colder months, we include complimentary heat packs and extra insulation in your package to prevent freezing.
