Returns & Replacements Policy

We want you and your new greenery to be perfectly happy; if your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that live plants must be in their original nursery pots to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number.

    Document the Condition

    Take clear photos of the plant and its packaging, especially if there is visible damage, to help us process your claim quickly.

  • 3.
    Pack with Care

    Secure the plant in its original shipping box using the provided protective inserts to ensure it remains safe during the return transit.

  • 4.
    Ship and Refund

    Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed upon inspection.
